Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying robust Salesforce solutions, along with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform. Technical requirement:

Candidate must have Engineering OR Masters Degree with good academic records with 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and LWC.
• Develop, test, debug, and document code with a focus on scalability, performance, and security
• Configure declarative tools: Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Workflow Rules, Custom Objects.
• Participate in and contribute to code reviews, release cycles, and version control (Git/Bitbucket).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, QA, and UI/UX designers.
• Support data migrations, ensure data integrity, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, uphold coding standards, and promote best practices.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions.

Preferred/Bonus Skills:

• Experience with CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps practices.
• Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Salesforce certification would be an added advantage.

Criteria for Selection

We have the following process to select any candidate:

• 2 Technical round (1 F2F and 1 Online)
• Final round (HR Round – telephonic OR face to face in office)

Salary

Salary range is 5 - 8 LPA
