Overview

We are hiring a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Field Service (FSL) implementations and custom development. The ideal candidate must be able to build advanced Lightning experiences and robust integrations while collaborating with business and technical teams.

Candidates with hands-on Field Service development experience will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Salesforce Field Service (FSL) modules
• Design and implement automation using workflows, flows, and process builder
• Develop scalable custom solutions using LWC, Apex, and Aura
• Build and support REST/SOAP API integrations & Apex callouts
• Enhance UI and data models for improved service performance
• Work with middleware and platform event-based integrations
• Troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong hands-on development in LWC, Apex & Aura
• Solid experience with FSL workflows and configuration
• Knowledge of platform automation tools and events
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP)
• Strong analytical & problem-solving mindset
• Ability to coordinate with global stakeholders and delivery teams

• Middleware integration tools experience
• Exposure to enterprise AMS environments
