Senior Salesforce Developer

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be joining our dynamic team in Hyderabad, India, with a focus on supporting the stability, security, and efficiency of our Salesforce platform. Your responsibilities will include managing and mentoring a team, developing and customizing solutions, ensuring platform scalability and performance, collaborating with stakeholders, and working towards becoming a Salesforce Architect. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the incoming ticket queue and delegate tasks effectively within the team. - Develop solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies. - Provide guidance and technical training to the team for upskilling. - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. - Work towards becoming a Salesforce Architect to drive platform efficiency and scalability. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWC. - Proficiency in Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs, security models, and data architecture. - Experience in managing teams, troubleshooting complex issues, and improving testing processes. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce CPQ Specialist are preferred. Additional Details: Experience with Salesforce integrations, Agile development environment, and exposure to DevOps and CI/CD tools for Salesforce would be beneficial for this role.,
