As a Senior Salesforce Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that meet our clients' business requirements. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring the optimal utilization of the Salesforce platform. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with Salesforce best practices. - Implement and maintain Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. - Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization for Salesforce applications. - Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to junior developers and project teams. - Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with security and governance policies. - Participate in code reviews, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, customization, and integration. - Hands-on expertise with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL/SOSL. - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and best practices. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end customization. - Experience with Salesforce APIs, data migration tools, and CI/CD pipelines. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, or related certifications. - Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, or similar). - Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
