Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Overview: As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will utilize your technical expertise and collaborative skills to deliver high-quality solutions within a complex enterprise environment. Your primary focus will be on designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions using APEX, LWC, and webservices. Additionally, you will implement and customize Sales Cloud & Platform features to align with business requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate process maps into technical solutions will be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using APEX, LWC, and webservices - Implement and customize Sales Cloud & Platform features to meet business requirements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate process maps into technical solutions - Ensure data integrity across systems through proper MDM practices - Participate in solution design sessions and technical planning meetings - Contribute to code reviews and maintain development best practices - Utilize DevOps methodologies and tools, including GitHub, CLI, and VS Code Qualification Required: - 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, with a strong focus on APEX, LWC, and webservices - Proven experience with Sales Cloud & Platform configuration and customization - Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations - Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and integration patterns - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Expertise in handling large-scale data volumes, including data loading and migration processes - Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities Additional Company Details: The company values a collaborative mindset and a team-first approach, along with the ability to navigate complex requirements and deliver elegant solutions.
