Position 1: Salesforce Developers: Programming Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. Salesforce Platform Knowledge: Understanding of Salesforce's features, capabilities, and best practices. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues within the Salesforce platform. Data Modeling and Management: Understanding of data structures and how to manage data within the Salesforce platform. Testing and Debugging Skills: Ability to write and execute unit tests and debug issues. Key Responsibilities of a Salesforce Architect: Solution Design and Implementation: Designing and implementing end-to-end Salesforce solutions that are scalable and aligned with business objectives. Technical Leadership: Leading technical design sessions, guiding development teams, and providing mentorship to junior developers. Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Best Practices and Governance: Establishing and enforcing best practices for Salesforce development, data management, security, and governance. Integration and Data Modeling: Designing and overseeing integrations between Salesforce and other systems, and developing robust data models that support project requirements. Performance Optimization: Ensuring Salesforce solutions are optimized for performance, scalability, and reliability. Staying Current: Keeping up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. Problem Solving: Acting as a point of escalation for complex issues and providing guidance on resolving technical challenges. Driving Adoption: Ensuring user adoption of Salesforce solutions through effective training and communication. Position 2: Salesforce Architects: Technical Architect: Focuses on the technical aspects of Salesforce solutions, including integrations, data models, and security. Solution Architect: Focuses on the overall solution design, ensuring it meets business needs and aligns with Salesforce best practices. Data Architect: Specializes in data management within Salesforce, including data modeling, migration, and integration. Functional Architect: Focuses on aligning Salesforce solutions with business processes and requirements. Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its various clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.). Experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integrations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect, Certified Technical Architect) are preferred.
