Sales Representatives / Sr. Sales Representatives

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed

  primary & secondary sales targets (value & SKU-wise)

• Work as per

  PJP / Beat Plan

  with daily reporting
• Manage

  distributor inventory

  and ensure product availability
• Expand width & depth of distribution and enhance visibility at retail shops
  
• Build strong relationships with retailers and instill confidence in our products
  
• Execute

  merchandising & concept selling

  of new products
• Conduct

  in-shop promotions, mass consumer contact, and school book exhibitions

• Provide

  market feedback

  on competitors products, pricing & promotions
• Ensure timely outstanding collection
