Role Description

This on-site, full-time role as Senior Sales Officer is based in Salem. The position involves managing sales operations, generating leads, and nurturing client relationships. The Senior Sales Officer will be responsible for driving channel sales, ensuring excellent customer service, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the growth of the organization. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners will be key to achieving success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong sales expertise, including experience in Sales Operations and Channel Sales
• Proficiency in Customer Service and lead generation strategies
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and meet targets in an on-site environment
• Experience in the housing finance or banking sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
