Role overview We’re hiring a Sr. Sales Officer(B2B) based in Mumbai to drive new client acquisition, manage stakeholder relationships, and deliver revenue growth across our products. You’ll report to the Head of Sales and be responsible for sourcing deals, creating customised solutions with internal teams, and ensuring client retention and profitability. Key responsibilities Proactively identify and qualify business opportunities in the assigned market. Conduct market coverage and outreach across multiple stakeholder teams. Understand customer pain points and map I nvincible Ocean solutions ( APIs , MotoIntel, CloudTuner, Maigic) to solve them. Drive end-to-end sales — solutioning, negotiations and closure. Collaborate with Product, Delivery and Engineering teams to build tailored proposals and ensure successful delivery. Own revenue targets, pipeline forecasting, deal profitability and client retention. Build and sustain long-term relationships with CXOs and key decision makers. What success looks like Consistently hitting monthly/quarterly revenue targets. Turning identified prospects into closed business with measurable ROI for clients. High client satisfaction and repeat business / upsell. Clear, accurate sales forecasts and clean CRM hygiene. What we expect from you 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (MBA preferred). Good understanding of the Fintech / BFSI domain; experience with API-based product sales is a strong plus. Comfortable working cross-functionally in a flat, fast-moving startup environment. Self-starter mentality, with the drive to prospect, nurture and close independently. Strong communication and consultative selling skills; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
