Senior Sales Officer

Job Description: Responsible for generating business through direct sales of life insurance products to individual customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients for business retention and referrals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting various life insurance products. Conduct need-based analysis and provide suitable life insurance solutions to customers. Ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards in all processes and transactions. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and policy renewals. Collaborate with the operations and support teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and servicing.
