Job Title: Relationship Manager – Banca Channel (Life Insurance Sales)Location: Vadodara / Baroda (Preferred localities: Kareli Baugh, Makarpura, Sevasi, Kalali, Bajwa, Panchavati Circle Gorva Road, Pratap Nagar, Vasna Bhayli Waves Club Road, Talod) We are hiring enthusiastic professionals with experience in Banca Channel – Life Insurance Sales. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with bank branches, driving sales of life insurance products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Drive sales of life insurance products through Banca channel (Bank branch partners). Build and maintain strong relationships with branch staff and customers. Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities. Achieve sales targets within defined timelines. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory norms. Education: Graduation (mandatory). Experience: 6 months – 3 years in banca channel / life insurance sales. Age Limit: 21 – 33 years. Candidates must reside within 10 km of preferred locations mentioned above.
