Senior Sales Officer

You are a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Officer with a focus on driving growth in the Southern India market. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets. You will be required to: - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing plan for Southern markets. - Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry associations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies. - Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and revenue targets for your territories. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 4/5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in Nutraceuticals. - Strong understanding of global markets and cultural differences. - Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies in international markets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
