Job Description

A Senior Sales Officer develops and executes sales strategies, leads a sales team, builds key client relationships, and meets or exceeds revenue targets. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, mentoring sales staff, analyzing market trends, and preparing sales forecasts and reports for management. Key responsibilities

  • Sales strategy and execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Business development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and negotiate contracts.
  • Market analysis: Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and stay updated on industry developments.
  • Performance reporting: Track sales performance, analyze sales data, prepare accurate sales reports, and present them to senior management.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications and skills

  • Proven work experience in a senior sales role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of sales techniques, marketing methods, and CRM software.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales plans.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Business or Marketing is often required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
