Senior Sales

We are looking for a seasoned real estate sales professional who not only excels in driving property sales and managing client relationships but has also successfully trained and led sales teams. In this hybrid role, you will actively engage in field sales while also helping to onboard and train new joiners, sharing your in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, fieldwork strategies, and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
• Conduct structured training sessions for new joiners on real estate basics, fieldwork, site visits, customer handling, objection management, and closure techniques.
• Develop sales playbooks, scripts, and onboarding materials tailored for new sales team members.
• Mentor junior sales executives, offering regular feedback and support.
• Lead by example in both field execution and client interactions.
• Conduct site visits and property walkthroughs with prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close property sales with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong track record in field sales.
• Proven experience in training, mentoring, or managing a sales team.
• Deep understanding of local real estate markets, regulations, and sales practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a high-performance culture.
• Ability to work weekends or flexible hours, as required.
