Candidates Profile Synopsis:

Freight Forwarding industry with minimum 3 year of experience.
Frequent switching for better opportunity profile is not to be considered.
Executive cadre employees should have product knowledge and experience in Freight Forwarding industry in core sales department.

Responsible for managing the sales team
Developing the business plans
Have to achieve assigned GP for self and team
Expanding market
Achieve targets in terms of volumes and profits
Manage Customers thru quality check and other follow-up
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
