Job Description

Promote Business with OEM customers and Distributors.
Generate RFQ’s for New Products
Collection of Payments.
Developing new customer base for all ZNL products in assigned territory/set of customers
Enhancing markets hare with existing customers
Managing relationship with existing customers and distributors to increase ZNL’s share of business..
Proven experience as a successful sales manager in the Bearing industry.
Deep understanding of the bearing market in and the ability to navigate the high-end segment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-end clients.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
some what knowledge in using SAP software and other relevant sales tools.
