Senior Sales manager

As a Senior Sales Consultant at our company, you will leverage your 8-10 years of experience in Management Consulting or Sales to lead consulting assignments focused on Strategy, Sales, Marketing, and overall business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include achieving desired client outcomes through short-term milestones and long-term objectives, managing a team of consultants to meet project KPIs, and interacting with clients at the Director/CXO level to drive results. You will be expected to understand client challenges, design business growth strategies, and implement these strategies both on-site and off-site. Your role will also involve solving complex business problems, conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and building long-lasting client relationships.
