Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in New Delhi. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and driving the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. The role includes setting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing and production teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. Qualifications Sales management and leadership skills Experience in developing and executing sales strategies Client relationship management and negotiation skills Proficiency in market analysis and identification of business opportunities Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Experience in the polymer industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
