Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the companys sales pipeline in real estate through direct and channel sales
  
• Manage, mentor, and support the sales team to consistently meet targets
  
• Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
  
• Strategize and implement innovative sales and marketing plans for project promotion
  
• Conduct site visits and project presentations with potential customers
  
• Coordinate with CRM, Legal, Marketing, and Operations teams for smooth client onboarding
  
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adapt sales strategies
  
• Provide regular MIS, sales reports, and performance updates to senior management
  
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and key client meetings
  

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proven sales leadership in the real estate industry (residential/commercial)
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills
  
• Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset
  
• Excellent understanding of real estate sales cycles, client behavior, and lead conversion
  
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and portals like MagicBricks, 99acres, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business (MBA preferred)
  
• Minimum 6 years of experience in real estate sales (3+ years in a senior/managerial role)
