Senior Sales Manager –Learning Management System (LMS)
· Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, product demos, negotiations, and closing
· Identify and target enterprise clients in the education and corporate training sectors
· Consultatively sell LMS solutions based on client needs
· Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction
· Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs
· 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 1 year in LMS sales
· In-depth knowledge of the LMS market and client challenges in education/training
· Proven track record of closing high-value deals
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
· Work with a passionate and collaborative team
