Under the leadership of Mohsin Syed, KiwiTech’s President and Chief Startup Officer, we’re seeking two Senior Sales Managers who are not just sellers but rainmakers — builders who take ownership, embrace ambiguity, think like founders, and bring the same passion for client success as they do for hitting revenue goals. What You’ll Do Own the sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing multi-year, high-value contracts for custom software development, innovation programs, and enterprise-grade digital solutions. Hunt and farm – develop new accounts while growing existing relationships into strategic partnerships across the US, MENA, and APAC regions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI, product strategy, and delivery to shape tailored solutions for startups, scaleups, corporates, and government clients. Navigate and pitch across the C-suite – from innovation heads and CTOs to procurement leaders and family office principals. Deliver results fast: Own a $3M+ annual quota, with a clear path to double-digit annual growth and leadership responsibility for top performers. Represent KiwiTech at industry events, demo days, client pitches, and strategic partner meetings. Sometimes in sneakers, sometimes in suits. What You Bring Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in IT services/solutions sales to mid-market and enterprise clients. Proven ability to consistently close $1M+ in annual sales over the last 3 years (Bonus if you’ve sold in global delivery or innovation-as-a-service models.) Deep understanding of custom software development, digital transformation, and innovation consulting. Consultative selling mindset with strong business acumen, able to lead with insight and challenge the status quo. Executive presence with excellent communication and storytelling skills – you know how to turn features into business outcomes. Resilience, agility, and a bias for action.
