Role Overview: As a Sales Executive at the company, you will play a crucial role in the sales lifecycle by acquiring new corporate clients, managing the sales pipeline, and demonstrating how iProfit can enhance operational efficiency for growing businesses in alignment with defined sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - New Business Acquisition - Identify and prospect private sector clients such as IT Companies, MSMEs, Startups, and Service Agencies. - Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. - Drive new client acquisition to achieve assigned sales targets. - Contribute directly to revenue growth through new business wins. - Consultative Selling - Conduct high-impact, consultative product demonstrations. - Understand client business challenges and position ERP solutions accordingly. - Support conversion targets through value-based selling. - Enable revenue generation by aligning solutions to customer needs. - Deal Closing - Negotiate commercial terms with prospective clients. - Handle objections and address commercial concerns effectively. - Close subscription-based software deals to meet assigned targets. - Own and deliver committed revenue from closed deals. - Market Strategy - Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and market movements. - Analyze market trends to refine sales pitch and proposal strategies. - Support sales planning and positioning efforts. - Provide inputs to improve revenue realization and market penetration. - Client Success - Ensure smooth onboarding and handover for new clients. - Build long-term relationships with customers. - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. - Drive recurring and incremental revenue through existing accounts. - Revenue Ownership - Own end-to-end revenue responsibility for assigned accounts and territories. - Drive revenue performance in line with business targets and growth plans. - Forecast revenue accurately and manage the sales pipeline to ensure predictability. - Collaborate with internal teams to maximize revenue realization and customer lifetime value.
