Job Description: As a Senior Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to maintain customer relationships, set and meet sales targets to increase revenue, and find ways to ensure efficiency of sales operations. You will devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies, analyze data, meet with customers, identify sales opportunities, present products, provide sales technique training, evaluate performance, monitor competition, and prepare reports. Key Responsibilities: - Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies. - Analyze data to determine efficient sales methods. - Meet with customers to address concerns and offer solutions. - Identify sales opportunities through consumer research. - Present products and services to potential customers. - Participate in industry events to build customer relationships. - Provide sales technique training. - Evaluate sales performance based on KPIs. - Monitor competition in the assigned region. - Prepare and submit reports to the Sales Director.
