Senior Sales Manager (FMCG)

As a Senior Manager with experience in FMCG, your role will involve managing and motivating a team to drive sales and distribution activities in Tamil Nadu. Your key responsibilities will include: - Defining the development plan and implementing strategies to achieve revenue and sales objectives in the region. - Providing regular assessments and implementing activities to enhance sales competence within the team. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure revenue growth and customer satisfaction. - Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to formulate effective sales strategies. - Collaborating with business support teams to implement innovative ideas for improving location profitability. - Managing sales and commercial budgets to maximize efficiency and profitability. - Overseeing market research and implementing sales initiatives to drive growth. You should have hands-on experience with professional coffee powder and related FMCG products, as well as excellent communication skills. Knowledge of the coffee culture in India and familiarity with specialty coffee, espresso, and filter coffee will be beneficial for this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing supplier performance, identifying market opportunities, and engaging with distribution stakeholders to expand the customer base in the region. If you have a Bachelor's degree, 10 years of experience in FMCG sales, and proficiency in English, you are preferred for this position.
