As a Senior Manager in the FMCG sector with focus on coffee products, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team in Tamilnadu to achieve revenue and sales objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Defining the development plan and managing all sales & distribution activities to meet revenue targets - Assessing and upgrading sales competence in the zone - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth - Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to formulate sales strategies - Implementing new ideas to improve location profitability and enhance in-store execution - Managing sales and commercial budgets efficiently - Developing and implementing sales strategies and product knowledge - Conducting market research and implementing sales initiatives - Engaging distribution business stakeholders to expand customer base - Ensuring smooth and efficient workflow by understanding supply chain market changes You should have at least 10 years of experience in FMCG sales, with a strong knowledge of coffee culture in India and familiarity with specialty coffee products like Espresso & Filter coffee. Your role will involve promoting sales through online and offline platforms and managing supplier performance to support production requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing market opportunities to achieve planned volumes.
