Job Description

As an EstateMint Real Estate Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers throughout their home buying journey. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing detailed information about the organization, projects, and products to customers, including insights, USPs, and specifications of designated projects. - Assisting customers in shortlisting available inventory within projects. - Accompanying customers during site visits, analyzing projects, and making recommendations based on customer preferences. - Supporting customers in finalizing and negotiating apartment purchases. - Consulting customers on various financing options and customizing solutions to best suit their portfolios. - Establishing and nurturing relationships with channel partners and assisting their customers. - Ensuring thorough customer service through documentation, follow-ups, and coordination. - Developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet company sales goals. - Leading and managing the sales team, providing training, monitoring performance, and facilitating deal closures. - Setting team and individual targets in alignment with company objectives. - Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly. - Providing regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management. - Efficiently managing the sales budget to achieve targets. - Continuously training and developing the sales team to enhance skills and product knowledge. - Participating in negotiations for high-value or complex deals and guiding the sales team as necessary. - Evaluating sales team performance against targets and offering constructive feedback for improvement. - Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and maintaining service quality. - Adhering to legal and ethical standards in all sales activities. - Building and maintaining a strong professional network within the real estate industry to identify potential business opportunities. - Staying updated on the latest technological tools and platforms to streamline sales processes and enhance team productivity. - Generating regular reports on sales activities, team performance, and market trends for senior management review. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience: 3 to 5 years - Qualification: MBA in Marketing and Graduate - Language: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is compulsory **Joining:** Immediate **Job Type:** Full-time **Work Location:** In person **Application Deadline:** 25/02/2025,
