Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing and negotiating client relationships, and closing real estate transactions. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting, conducting property tours, preparing sales reports, and staying up-to-date with market trends. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a customer-focused approach. Qualifications Experience in Sales, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Networking skills Knowledge of the Real Estate market and Property Valuation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
