Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and monitoring market trends. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be responsible for preparing sales reports, negotiating deals, and ensuring compliance with company policies.Location Hyderabad

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
• Experience in team leadership and management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of the real estate market, particularly in the residential segment
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
