Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving corporate sales within the hospitality or luxury travel sector, with a focus on developing and maintaining high-value corporate accounts. Your role will involve strategic sales initiatives, relationship management, market analysis, pricing strategies, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure operational excellence. Additionally, you will provide leadership and guidance to the sales team while contributing to the overall commercial strategy of the hotel. Key Responsibilities: - Lead business development efforts to target and secure high-value corporate accounts - Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel management companies (TMCs), and key decision-makers - Negotiate complex contracts, preferred agreements, and long-term partnerships to maximize revenue opportunities - Represent the company at major corporate forums, networking events, and trade shows - Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to develop tailored proposals, presentations, and campaigns for key accounts - Conduct detailed market analysis and competitor benchmarking to refine sales strategies - Develop innovative pricing structures and commercial models for large-scale corporate accounts - Leverage sales metrics, revenue data, and KPIs to evaluate performance, forecast growth, and optimize strategies - Work closely with operations, reservations, events, and guest experience teams to ensure seamless service delivery for corporate clients - Ensure compliance with brand standards and contractual obligations across all corporate transactions - Mentor and guide Sales Managers and Executives, fostering professional growth and a high-performance culture - Share insights, client intelligence, and industry trends with peers and cross-functional teams - Actively contribute to the broader commercial strategy of the hotel by aligning corporate sales initiatives with organizational goals Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field; MBA preferred - Proven track record of success in corporate sales, business development, or luxury hospitality sales - Strong presentation, proposal, and client engagement skills - Proficiency in CRM systems, reporting tools, and MS Office applications,
