About the role

• Builder Relationship Management.
• Identify and establish relationships with key builders and developers in the commercial real estate sector. 
• Conduct meetings with builders to understand their needs and present our services as a strategic partner.

Mandate Acquisition

• Convince builders to grant mandates for commercial real estate projects.
• Develop and present compelling proposals and term sheets to potential clients.
• Negotiate terms and conditions.

Sales Process Management

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for each project under your purview.
• Lead the sales team in executing the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.

Achievement

• Work with senior management to set ambitious yet realistic sales targets for each project.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets and take corrective actions as needed.
