Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive for mid-level positions in Sturlite Electric Pvt Ltd. The role is based in the regions of Bhagalpur, Khagaria, Saharsa, Mothihari, Siwan, Nawada, and Aurangabad. This is a full-time opportunity suitable for individuals with a maximum of 6 years of experience in the sales domain.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Must be skilled in field sales executive, emphasizing the ability to operate independently and drive sales targets (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven experience in channel sales, with a track record of developing and managing distribution networks (Mandatory skill).
  • Familiarity with the lighting industry, understanding of product specifications, and market trends (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong capability in primary sales processes, from identifying opportunities to closing deals successfully.
  • Proficiency in secondary sales, with the ability to support and enhance distribution channels.
  • Experience within the fast moving electrical goods sector, showcasing adaptability to changes and innovations in the market.
  • Adept in handling dealers and distributions, ensuring seamless communication and efficient supply chain management.
  • Ability to engage clients effectively, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to enhance business relations.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase company market share in the designated regions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and dealers to optimize sales performance.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, analyzing all aspects to improve future planning and outcomes.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts and ensure adherence to budgetary requirements.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence data, identifying trends to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Provide leadership and support to junior sales staff, sharing knowledge and driving the team toward sales excellence.
