Role & responsibilities Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive who has worked across different fields but has a strong track record in villa sales . The ideal candidate should bring cross-industry exposure with proven ability to close high-value residential property deals. Key Responsibilities: Leverage experience from various industries to drive innovative sales strategies. Handle end-to-end villa sales from client meetings, site visits, to deal closure. Understand customer needs and provide suitable villa options that match their preferences and budget. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a seamless post-sales experience. Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to convert quality leads into sales. Keep updated on market trends and competitor offerings. Desired Profile: Minimum 3–7 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in villa sales . Exposure to multiple industries is an added advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target-driven with a passion for real estate.
