Job Description

Role Overview: As a Real Estate Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be to identify and target potential clients through various channels such as networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing campaigns. You will be presenting, promoting, and selling residential and commercial real estate properties to potential clients by focusing on their needs and preferences. Your role will also involve assisting clients in negotiating and closing property deals to ensure mutual satisfaction. Staying up to date with real estate trends, market prices, and competitive offerings will be crucial in providing accurate information to clients. Additionally, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and delivering excellent after-sales service will be essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target potential clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing campaigns. - Present, promote, and sell real estate properties (residential/commercial) to potential clients, focusing on their needs and preferences. - Assist clients in the negotiation and closing of property deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction. - Stay up to date with real estate trends, market prices, and competitive offerings to provide accurate information to clients. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent after-sales service. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in real estate sales or a similar role is preferred. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Knowledge of real estate market trends and pricing. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. - Excellent customer service skills.
