Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and training to improve the skills of the sales team.
Create a positive and high-energy environment that motivates the sales team to succeed.
Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads, convert prospects, and close deals.
Identify new market opportunities, trends, and competitors to stay ahead in the real estate market.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns and promotional efforts.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), sales data, and trends to assess the performance of the sales team.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for management review.
Ensure that sales targets and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
