Job Description

The key responsibilities for this position include identifying and targeting potential clients through various means such as networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for presenting, promoting, and selling real estate properties (both residential and commercial) to potential clients, with a focus on understanding their needs and preferences. Additionally, you will assist clients in negotiating and closing property deals to ensure mutual satisfaction. It is important to stay up to date with real estate trends, market prices, and competitive offerings in order to provide accurate information to clients. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing excellent after-sales service will also be a key part of this role.
