Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive

    B2B sales

    to achieve and exceed assigned

    revenue targets

  • Manage the complete

    sales cycle

    from lead qualification to deal closure
  • Build, maintain, and grow

    key accounts

    through strong client relationships
  • Develop and manage a healthy

    sales pipeline

    to ensure consistent revenue flow
  • Perform accurate

    sales forecasting

    and report progress to management
  • Conduct

    negotiations

    and finalize commercial terms and contracts
  • Use

    CRM tools

    to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution and customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong expertise in

    Sales and Revenue Growth

  • Proven experience in

    B2B sales and key account management

  • Excellent

    deal closure and negotiation

    skills
  • Hands-on experience with

    CRM systems

    (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Ability to manage

    sales pipelines and forecasting

    effectively
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
