Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. You should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management. Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support sales strategies. Stay up to date with product knowledge, competitors, and market trends. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales or a similar role is preferred. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
