Job Description: IT Sales Executive Location: Eldeco Sidcul Industrial Park Sitarganj, Uttarakhand 262405 Company: Shivcloud Pvt Ltd About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and dynamic IT Sales Executive who can identify potential clients, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth for our IT services and cloud solutions, including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Rediffmail, Zoho, and other business email and IT services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proven sales experience, and the ability to understand customer needs to provide the best solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesProactively identify and prospect potential customers. Research and connect with key decision-makers in organizations. Present, pitch, and explain IT and cloud email solutions effectively to clients. Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and other methods. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Maintain and strengthen long-term customer relationships. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service. Report sales activities and pipeline updates to the management team. Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 1 year of experience in IT Sales / Cloud Services Sales. Strong knowledge of IT services, cloud computing, and business email solutions (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho, etc.). Excellent oral and written English communication. Proven ability to generate leads and close sales. Strong customer service and relationship management skills. Self-motivated with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
