Job Description

Qualifications Required:

  • B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Automobile Engineering

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, or Sales Strategy
  • Industry background in Heavy Earthmoving Machinery, Asphalt Plants, Concrete Batching Plants, or related Road & Infrastructure Machinery

Key Competencies & Skills:

  • Strong industry knowledge of road construction equipment, processes, and customer needs
  • Proficient in identifying and leveraging business opportunities
  • Ability to analyze market trends, including competitor analysis and new technologies in infrastructure machinery
  • Familiarity with key clients and contractors in infrastructure and road development sectors
  • Customer-centric approach with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to lead business discussions and contribute meaningfully in strategy meetings
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and preparing business proposals, reports, and MIS

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with ongoing, active, and upcoming road and infrastructure projects
  • Conduct market research on competing OEMs and emerging technologies
  • Build a detailed database of potential clients, project stakeholders, and decision-makers
  • Establish and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and project tracking MIS
  • Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and field visits
  • Stay updated with industry developments, tenders, and project pipelines

Other Requirements:

  • Must possess a personal vehicle for local mobility
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits and project assessments
  • Reporting directly to the Director

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Proven track record in technical sales within the infrastructure equipment sector
  • Solid understanding of the sales lifecycle in B2B environments involving capital machinery
  • Strong networking abilities within the road construction, EPC, and public works sectors

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
