Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Act as a market domain expert with in-depth knowledge of the Chennai region
Build and manage relationships with builders, developers, and architects
Lead customer meetings and product presentations
Generate new leads and demand for products
Travel extensively within the assigned territory

Sales Execution:

Take ownership of sales targets and revenue generation
Follow up on proposals and ensure order conversion
Oversee payment collection and ensure ABG/PBG processes are executed
Collaborate with internal teams to plan monthly revenue goals
Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
Identify and develop new markets within the territory
Coordinate with installation and post-sales support teams

Requirements

Engineering graduate preferred
Science graduates with relevant experience will also be considered

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience
Must have existing relationships with
builders and architects
in the region

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Good presentation and analytical skills
Local language proficiency (Tamil) is an added advantage
Customer-focused with a collaborative approach
Basic understanding of commercial and contractual processes
