Senior Sales Executive

Role Overview: You will be a part of the Real Estate team at Pramukh Omkar Group in Gandhinagar as a Senior Sales Executive. Your role will involve generating and managing leads, handling client meetings and presentations, guiding clients on legal documentation, negotiating and closing deals, building strong customer relationships, and coordinating with the internal team for smooth sales execution. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial projects. - Handle client meetings, site visits, and presentations. - Guide clients on legal documentation and complete sales transactions. - Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business. - Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of sales. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Good knowledge of legal documentation and real estate processes. - Proven track record of negotiation and closing sales. - Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati will be an added advantage. - Must be based in Gandhinagar or willing to work there.
