Job Summary:

Popular Mega Motors is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Officer to join our high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving vehicle sales, developing customer relationships, and achieving monthly targets. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent product knowledge, and a passion for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Handle end-to-end vehicle sales process — from inquiry to delivery.
• Identify and develop new customer leads through field visits, referrals, and online platforms.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives for prospective customers.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company processes.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, DSR (Daily Sales Report), and CRM entries.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotions and events.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven track record in automobile sales or a similar field (3+ years).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of automotive products and local market dynamics.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in dealer or showroom sales
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
• Multilingual communication skills (as per region)
