Senior Sales Executive Modern trade

As an experienced Sales professional in the FMCG industry, your role will involve driving volume and value growth through modern trade channels. You will be responsible for ensuring product availability and visibility in stores, as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities within the modern trade segment. Your negotiation skills will be key in executing agreements with key accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Drive volume and value growth through modern trade channels - Identify and develop new business opportunities within the modern trade segment - Oversee proper execution of product displays, planograms, and promotional materials in-store - Develop, implement, and monitor promotional strategies and in-store activations - Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior - Track and report sales performance - Manage a team of in-store executives to drive productivity - Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and manage inventory levels at customer outlets Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales and FMCG industry - Experience in FMCG Modern Trade Sales, distribution management, and people management - Worked in large markets and has range selling experience - Regular UG degree, PG is not mandatory This role requires skills in product visibility, distribution management, promotional strategies, inventory management, people management, sales performance analysis, market analysis, negotiation, and modern trade practices.
