Job Description

As a Senior Sales Executive at IIFL Home Finance, you will play a crucial role in managing and driving sales of home loans and secured business loans in Tijara. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through seamless processing of loans. To excel in this role, you should have experience in sales, particularly in the finance or real estate sector. A strong understanding of home loans and secured business loans is essential, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Your ability to meet or exceed sales targets, prepare sales reports, and collaborate effectively with various departments will be key to your success. Furthermore, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required. Experience with digital and paperless loan processes would be advantageous.
