Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, a passion for client engagement, and the ability to close deals efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Generate and manage leads through various channels including referrals, site visits, and digital platforms Conduct property presentations and client meetings Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align sales strategies with project goals Initiate, participate and handle collaboration and marketing events Maintain sales reports and customer databases Requirements: Graduate in any discipline 3–5 years of sales experience (real estate experience preferred) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of the real estate market and buyer behavior Apply Now to be a part of a design-led real estate journey with Free Soul.
