Job Description

As a Sales Executive in Agritech, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and business development activities in the agricultural sector. Agricul, a forward-thinking agritech company, is dedicated to empowering farmers, retailers, and agri-businesses through its diverse range of 180+ chemical and organic agri inputs. By leveraging our innovative B2B network that includes Agricul Mitras, Agricul Centres, and Kisan Pathshalas, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in Safidon, Haryana. Your responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding retailers, dealers, and distributors in your assigned territories, promoting Agricul's product range encompassing fertilizers, pesticides (both chemical & bio), seeds, and tools, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Building and nurturing strong customer relationships, executing promotional campaigns and farmer meetings, collecting market intelligence, and reporting daily activities using the company's app and CRM tools are also key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with logistics and back-end teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and act as a brand ambassador for Agricul in the territory you oversee. To excel in this position, you should possess a minimum of 15 years of field sales experience in agri inputs or agritech, with a preference for a graduate or diploma in Agriculture or a related discipline. Strong local language skills, particularly in Hindi, are essential, while proficiency in English is considered advantageous. Being tech-savvy and comfortable with using various apps, CRM systems, and reporting tools is crucial, alongside possessing strong negotiation and communication abilities. A self-motivated and target-driven approach, as well as ownership of a smartphone and preferably a two-wheeler, are also required.
