Responsibilities:

Generate and manage leads through fieldwork, calls, and digital platforms.
Understand buyer needs and explain project details (approvals, amenities, construction guidelines).
Conduct site visits and assist clients with plot and villa options.
Negotiate pricing and coordinate sales documentation.
Provide post-sale support and build client relationships.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

Graduate, with minimum 1+ years sales experience (Real Estate preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of legalities in land and villa plot sales.
Proficient with MS Office and CRM.
