Senior Sales Executive

As a Senior Tele Sales Executive at our diet clinic and fitness services, you will be responsible for driving client acquisition and revenue growth. Your role will involve making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, promoting diet consultation and fitness packages, and maximizing sales and client satisfaction by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate services. You will also need to achieve monthly sales targets, maintain detailed records of client interactions using CRM software, and collaborate with the marketing and dietician team to align on promotions and client feedback. Additionally, you will mentor junior tele sales staff, provide excellent customer service, and stay updated on the latest health, nutrition, and fitness trends. **Key Responsibilities:** - Make outbound calls to promote diet consultation and fitness packages - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services - Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets - Maintain detailed records of client interactions using CRM software - Follow up on leads, respond to inquiries, and convert leads into confirmed bookings - Collaborate with the marketing and dietician team - Mentor junior tele sales staff - Provide excellent customer service - Stay updated on health, nutrition, and fitness trends **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in tele sales in health, wellness, or related sectors (3+ years preferred) - Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills - Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and work in a target-oriented environment - Familiarity with CRM tools and telecalling software - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - High school diploma required; degree or certification in sales, marketing, or healthcare is a plus This is a full-time job that requires in-person work.
