Senior Sales Executive

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales & Marketing (preferably in B2B Ingredients / F&F / FMCG industry)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive who will focus on growing our domestic business in India. This role is perfect for a driven professional who enjoys developing new business relationships, exploring market opportunities, and supporting strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers within the domestic market for essential oils, oleoresins, and herbal extracts.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and offering tailored solutions.

• Assist the marketing team in executing campaigns, promotions, and events.

• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitor activities.

• Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth strategy.

• Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, customer feedback, and market trends.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales/marketing, preferably in ingredients, flavours, fragrances, or FMCG sectors.

• Strong business development skills and ability to close deals.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel across India as required.

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
