Position : Sales Executive Supply & Application (Paints Industry)

Sr. Sales Executive – Supply & Application (Paints Industry)

Location: Hyderabad

Experience : sales experience in paints, building materials, or construction-related industry , project sales in paints / coatings / building materials

Key Responsibilities ( Sales Executive ) :

  • Identify and generate leads from large corporate construction groups, contractors, and developers.
  • Build strong client relationships by frequent site visits, technical discussions, and product presentations.
  • Coordinate with the Supply & Application team for material delivery and site execution.
  • Support pricing discussions and negotiations under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing technical/service queries on time.
  • Maintain proper sales MIS, site progress reports, and weekly updates.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate (preferably in Civil / Paint Technology / Business).
  • 1–3 years of sales experience in paints, building materials, or construction-related industry.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn technical product knowledge and present to clients.

Key Responsibilities ( Senior Sales Executive ) "

  • Develop and manage relationships with decision-makers in corporate construction groups, consultants, and architects.
  • Drive sales targets through new client acquisition and repeat business.
  • Lead project discussions including product approvals, specification selling, and pricing negotiation.
  • Supervise and guide Sales Executives in lead generation and client management.
  • Liaise with project execution teams to ensure timely supply and application at sites.
  • Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
  • Ensure receivables are collected as per company credit policy.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate / MBA (Civil, Paints Technology, Marketing preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in project sales in paints / coatings / building materials.
  • Excellent rapport-building and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring ability.
